Inpatient Alcohol & Drug Rehab
WHAT IS IT?
Leaving your home and moving into a residential recovery center can be uncomfortable and scary, but failing to get the help you need is far more dangerous. When you enroll in our inpatient program, you’ll live on-site at our Hilton Head facility, a retreat-style facility with luxury accommodations. You’ll receive dedicated treatment and assistance from the moment you’re admitted through your aftercare stay.
Our compassionate team includes medical professionals, therapists, counselors, and others who will work closely with you to ensure you’re getting the most from your treatment program.
Clients in our inpatient rehab program must first complete our detoxification program, administered by trained medical personnel. Yet addiction recovery is more than quitting drugs or alcohol. It’s about getting to the root cause of addiction. We believe counseling is essential for recovery.
In our Hilton Head inpatient drug rehab program, you’ll participate in individual and group counseling and will receive help for any co-occurring disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder or post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). At BriteLife, we believe in treating the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
Substance addictions we treat
There are many forms of addiction and every individual is different. At BriteLife, we understand that a traditional, templated treatment approach will not work. Regardless of your substance-abuse situation, our staff develops customized plans using various methods to provide each client with the care, knowledge and tools they need to achieve long-term sobriety. We also diagnose and treat any co-occurring mental health disorders that may be present, as this is vital for truly overcoming substance abuse.

Why it’s important
A Critical Step in Your Recovery
Addiction and physical dependence on drugs or alcohol can keep you from living your life to the fullest. It can harm your physical and mental health and strain your relationships. It can prevent you from maintaining a job or supporting yourself financially. It can rob you of the things and people you love.
If you’re struggling with addiction, there is hope. Our inpatient program is designed to help you heal. BriteLife will create a customized treatment plan based on each of your needs and your situation. Our counselors and staff will work closely with you to develop a therapeutic strategy that moves you closer to recovery. We advocate visits from family and loved ones during inpatient treatment because we believe a strong support system is critical for a successful recovery. We help clients build and reinforce a support system during their stay.
Transitioning out of inpatient treatment is challenging. Our counselors and staff will work closely with you to help you prepare for life in the general community. All clients are different, and there’s no one-size-fits-all treatment plan, but we do feel strongly about the benefits of aftercare. Data show that people in recovery who do not participate in an aftercare program are 10 times more likely to relapse than those who do.
Sobriety is a lifelong commitment. The inpatient treatment team at BriteLife has made it their mission to provide you with the tools and resources you’ll need for both short- and long-term success. We encourage you to speak with a recovery specialist at our inpatient treatment center in Hilton Head, SC to determine whether inpatient rehab is right for you.
