1-on-1 Therapy Sessions

WHAT IS IT?

1-on-1 Sessions

To effectively treat a client and their addiction, we must truly get to know them. Our staff of counselors, medical personnel and recovery professionals spend extensive time learning not only about an individual’s substance abuse but also the traits, experiences and other factors that may have contributed to their dependency. This knowledge and insight improves our ability to create a comprehensive plan that most effectively treats each individual at BriteLife. These one-on-one sessions are common throughout our program, and while they allow our staff to make more strategic assessments, they are also tremendous therapy tools for our clients. Therapy in a one-on-one setting typically induces comfort and builds trust. Creating such an environment is vital, as it often helps a client share feelings and information that will be valuable during their recovery.

Substance addictions we treat

There are many forms of addiction and every individual is different. At BriteLife, we understand that a traditional, templated treatment approach will not work. Regardless of your substance-abuse situation, our staff develops customized plans using various methods to provide each client with the care, knowledge and tools they need to achieve long-term sobriety. We also diagnose and treat any co-occurring mental health disorders that may be present, as this is vital for truly overcoming substance abuse.

WHY IT’S IMPORTANT

A critical step in your recovery

The strength and support our clients gain from having open, honest individual conversations with our staff is remarkable. While we offer a wide range of therapy treatments, one-on-one sessions with our physicians and counselors is an integral component of our comprehensive care approach. This model creates an opportunity to learn about clients on a personal and intimate level, establishing the confidence and trust necessary to provide the help needed.

Many recovery centers omit this offering due to the high cost, but we are committed to doing everything possible to maximize our clients’ health, safety and success.
