How insurance verification works
Call your insurance company
Contact your provider to find out if your plan covers recovery treatment. If you have an insurance card, the contact info for your provider will be be listed.
Contact BriteLife Recovery
Call or e-mail our admissions staff and provide your insurance information. We will tell you immediately if your provider is in our network and what is covered.
Make a plan
Once you know what is covered and what is not, determine what you will be able to pay out of pocket to fill in any gaps. Keep in mind that not getting help is a plan to fail.
File a claim
You will need to notify your insurance provider that you are receiving treatment by filing a claim. Our admissions team can help you with this process.
