We plan for discharge from BriteLife Recovery from the moment you are admitted. South Carolina Detox on Hilton Head Island
Our Hilton Head treatment center offers an inpatient South Carolina detox for drugs and alcohol. Our doctors and nurses provide each client with a medically assisted detox for alcohol, opioids (e.g. heroin, hydrocodone, fentanyl, oxycodone) benzodiazepines (i.e. Xanax, Ativan, Clonazepam, diazepam) and more. Our inpatient drug and alcohol detox programs get clients back on-their-feet and through the withdrawal period comfortably. Clients can also utilize wellness therapies like massage and acupuncture that support the detox process. In this manner, clients become free from their substance(s) of choice and can now focus on the behavioral aspects of addiction recovery. Our compassionate detox team supports each client with 24/7 supervision to ensure a safe and comfortable detox experience.

Our NEW women’s residential treatment program in Bluffton, South Carolina offers gender-separate, trauma informed, holistic care for women who are experiencing substance use disorder and/or co-occurring behavioral health issues that may be exacerbated by addiction.
Located on a peaceful, private setting in Bluffton, our women’s residential addiction treatment in South Carolina utilizes evidence-based, best practices to help women develop trust, self-esteem, and individual responsibility. The program blends intensive counseling, educational, and recreational activities that help women to understand the origins of their addiction and to gain the skills needed for long-term recovery. Family participation is greatly encouraged.
Our women's South Carolina rehab program treats the whole person, ensuring the overall health and wellness of each client. Providing a high level of care, addressing co-occurring disorders, and being trauma informed are important aspects of our women's rehab program in the Low Country region.
